Dream jobs are a tricky conversation, in a perfect world all of us would be doing something we love instead of something we must do for the sake of money, and very few of us are fortunate enough that what we do for the sake of money is something we also love doing.

In complete honesty when someone asks me what my dream job is my first though is "I don't dream of working" which while true, I don't live in that kind of situation so there's no point on saying that, so in a more realistic response I don't have a set dream job, it changes vastly though the years. When I was still in the public school system back in grade 1 they made it seem like being a police, fireman, or doctor were the only routes you can take and my young mind didn't put it together that there's more jobs than that, as I got older I got into martial arts for 11 years and during that time I thought I'd want to get a job doing something with that but some unfortunate circumstances happened and that place had to shut down which left me in a pretty broken state emotionally which lead me to abandon that whole idea and I later got into computer science which I went into more detail in one of my previous postings why that didn't end up working out but nevertheless I didn't go that route which is what landed me where I am at now in Graphic Design. I chose Graphic Design because at the current stage of my life I hope to get a job in this field later on, my current job is in the automotive industry so I've combined those two for my current dream job of vehicle concept designer.

The chances of me landing any dream job I have or will ever have I feel is unlikely, but for the most part we can all dream, and even though dream jobs might be unlikely to obtain I don't think that means it's not worth chasing after those dreams, because in the end YOU build the world you want to live in. Even if the goal of obtaining your dream job never becomes a reality, it is still a good goal to have and work towards, just like any goals it's good to have them, but in the end it's all about what works for YOU.
